How are Align products made?
All our products are professionally crafted with nourishing ingredients that are sourced naturally.
Do your products contain nuts?

Please be aware that some of our products may contain traces of nuts. Please ensure you do a test patch before using our products on your face.

Are Align products made in Australia?

Yes, all products are made in Australia. We are proudly Australian made and owned.

What about sustainable and ethical?

All products are 100% vegan friendly, ethically sourced and cruelty free. We also use sustainable packaging; however, you need to remove the caps and fittings before you place them into your recycle bin.

Do your products contain chemicals?

Our products are chemical free. They do not contain parabens, SLS, petroleum or artificial fragrances,

What do Align products contain?

Align products contain naturally derived ingredients that are sustainable and ethical. They contain pure essential oils, natural emollients and emulsifiers, natural botanical preservatives and Australian oils, fruits, and extracts. Some of our products contain certified organic ingredients.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Align products shelf-life ranges from 12-18 months from the date of purchase and has a 6 months life-span from when the product is opened. Shelf-life can be found on each product label.

Are Align Skin Essentials products safe to use whilst pregnant/breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products are safe to use during this time. Except for the Vitamin A Serum. We recommend you avoid use during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Currently we only ship Australia-wide.

What is your refund policy?

If your Align product arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace your items straight away. Please contact us at info@alignessentials.au within 48 hours and include a photograph/s of the fault. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

Are Align products TGA approved?

No, as it is not a requirement because we do not claim they are therapeutic, preventative etc.
